Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting a major port infrastructure upgrade project in Port Hedland.

Reporting to the Superintendent, this site role drives E&I construction activities across a large-scale project, collaborating with SMP teams to deliver safely, efficiently and to high quality. A strong pipeline of work supports ongoing employment and career growth.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification required and Australian working rights.
• Experience leading large-scale mining/port projects preferred.
• Desirable: Brownfield electrical installation in live facilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and mentoring to the workforce; monitor work practices and coach staff to follow HSE policies.
• Review performance and address issues per Monadelphous procedures.
• Communicate progress to client representatives and resolve issues.
• Plan and organise work to meet project requirements and maintain productivity.
• Ensure crew safety and adherence to site rules.

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting the delivery of a major port infrastructure upgrade project in Port Hedland.

Reporting to the Superintendent, this is a key site role responsible for driving E&I construction activities across a large-scale project, working closely with SMP teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering complex projects across the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures
• Review performance and manage any performance issues as per Monadelphous procedures
• Communicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues
• Plan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity
• Adhere to all site rules and inspire crew to work safely and efficiently

What you’ll bring:

• Electrical trade qualification (Electrician's Licence)
• Supervisor experience on large-scale mining, materials handling, port or resources infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience delivering electrical installation in brownfield, operational site environments (Desirable)
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV installation and construction sequencing in live facilities
• Experience with conveyors and/or car dumper infrastructure highly regarded
• Strong safety leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
