Job summary

Epiroc-based JTMEC on Tasmania’s West Coast is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee electrical works, coordinate daily site activities, and mentor a team of electricians to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

You must hold a Tasmanian Electrical licence and a valid driver’s licence, have at least two years of supervisory experience, and be committed to a zero-harm culture.

Qualifications

  • Current Tasmanian Electrical Licence and valid Driver's Licence.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Live locally in Tasmania or be willing to relocate.
  • Commitment to a ZERO harm culture.
  • Excellent understanding of electrical standards.
  • Strong fault-finding ability; read and interpret drawings.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, honest, and take pride in your work.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our high-performing team on Tasmania’s West Coast. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the electrical works, coordinate daily site activities, mentor and support a team of electricians, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
