Job summary

Qualifications

  • Tasmanian electrical licence and driver's licence required.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and ability to read drawings.
  • Live locally in Tasmania or be willing to relocate.
  • Commitment to a zero-harm safety culture.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're looking for an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our high-performing team on Tasmania’s West Coast. in this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the electrical works, coordinate daily site activities, mentor and support a team of electricians, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

  • 7/7 dayshift roster with residential or FIFO options from Melbourne, Launceston and Burnie

WHAT YOU’LL REQUIRE:
  • Current Tasmanian Electrical and Driver's Licence
  • Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Live locally in Tasmania or be willing to relocate
  • Commitment to a ZERO harm culture
  • Excellent understanding of electrical standards
  • Strong fault-finding ability and ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Self-motivated who is reliable, honest and takes pride in your work
  • Ability to work both as a member of a team, as well as independently
