Job summary

JCV Services Pty in the Mackay region seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead a hands-on crew responsible for essential site equipment. You will plan inspections, coordinate scheduled maintenance, respond to breakdowns and drive safe, quality work across a mining site.

As a supervisor, you will lead electricians and mechanical fitters, set clear priorities, manage permits and risk assessments, and communicate progress with the site team and JCV Services management.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and Queensland electrical work licence are required.
• S1, S2 and S3 supervisor competencies.
• Coal Board Medical is current and valid.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in mining or heavy industry.
• Practical experience with pumps, generators or related equipment.

Lead a maintenance crew, work across essential site equipment, and enjoy a full week off after every swing. This is a hands-on role for a supervisor who enjoys supporting their crew, solving problems in the field and keeping critical equipment running.

About you
