Job summary

GenusPlus Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a major clean energy project in Eneabba, WA. You will lead electrical crews on site, coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure all works meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have prior supervision experience on large projects, an electrical trade qualification and a valid electrical licence, with a proactive approach to problem solving and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and site personnel.

• Coordinate with other site teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure electrical works meet relevant standards, specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues on site.
• Promote a strong safety culture; ensure site documentation and reporting is completed.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major clean energy project in Eneabba, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews, coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and site personnel
• Coordinate daily electrical activities and work fronts
• Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team
• Coordinate with other site teams, contractors and stakeholders
• Ensure electrical works meet relevant standards, specifications and quality requirements
• Identify and resolve issues on site
• Promote a strong safety cultureEnsure required site documentation and reporting is completed

About You

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor
• Electrical trade qualification and relevant electrical licence
• Demonstrated experience supervising electrical crews on major projects
• Experience within construction, energy, resources, infrastructure or industrial environments
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A strong commitment to safety and quality
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• A proactive approach to problem solving

Experience across renewable energy, power or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
