Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an electrical spotter/civil labourer for a long-term civil project in Dundowran, Hervey Bay. You will work 9–10 hour days, Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30am, spotting plant near live traffic, and performing site clean-up tasks.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, White Card, Energex spotters ticket, and good physical condition. This role offers an immediate start on a long-term project with penalties and allowances.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• White Card.
• Energex electrical spotters ticket.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.

Responsibilities

• Spot plant machinery under powerlines and around live traffic.
• Conduct manual handling and site clean up.
• Fill sandbags and move temporary fencing.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Assist other labourers and operators when required.

What you will be doing

They are currently seeking an electrical spotter/civil labourer for a long-term civil project in Dundowran, Hervey Bay. The successful candidate will be required to work 9-10 hour days, Monday to Friday, commencing at 6:30am. Daily duties will include:

• Spotting plant machinery under powerlines and on the road around live traffic
• Conducting manual handling around the job site including site clean up and preparation
• Filling up sandbags and moving around temporary fencing
• Using both hand and power tools
• Assisting other labourers and operators when required
