Job summary

360 Personnel is seeking a Civil Labourer with Electrical Spotter experience for the Caboolture area. This hands-on role involves working around plant and equipment and ensuring safety near electrical assets, with general labouring duties across civil projects.

To be successful you must hold a current Electrical Spotter Ticket and White Card, have civil construction or labouring experience, and a valid driver's licence and transport. OT is available with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Spotter Ticket required.
• White Card and site safety awareness required.
• Physically demanding role with civil labouring tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labouring duties across civil and construction projects.
• Act as Electrical Spotter for plant and machinery near electrical assets.
• Assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation works.
• Support operators and trades personnel on-site.
• Maintain exclusion zones and adhere to safety procedures.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete general housekeeping and site cleanup duties.
• Support team in achieving project deadlines.
