Job summary

Seymour Whyte is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to join our Western Sydney water infrastructure project. You will support electrical works across complex civil works, coordinate site activities and help drive delivery from construction through commissioning.

Join a collaborative team delivering critical community infrastructure. Applicants should have a Civil or Electrical engineering background and experience in water or civil projects, with strong MS Office and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Electrical engineering is required.
• Experience in construction water or civil infrastructure projects preferred.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor project activities to meet schedules.
• Strong MS Office skills and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe delivery of project works in line with HSEQ requirements and project standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and monitor progress, quality and productivity.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Manage subcontractors and support the delivery team to achieve project objectives.
• Assist with procurement, cost control and contract administration activities.
• Monitor quality requirements and ensure works are completed to specification.
• Identify project risks and support the implementation of effective solutions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards.
