Job summary

Brightwood Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead the service team, manage electricians and apprentices, and ensure fast, professional delivery of service and minor works up to about $5,000.

This office-based leadership role focuses on scheduling, client communication, and growing the service division through excellent customer service and strong relationships with clients across commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical service, maintenance or operations.
• Experience managing electricians and field technicians.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical service and maintenance.
• Current NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling and allocation of electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinate reactive service calls, planned maintenance and minor works.
• Manage service and minor works jobs up to $5,000 from request through to completion.
• Keep technicians productive, organised and accountable.
• Ensure fast turnaround on smaller jobs and service requests.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients.
• Review technician notes, photos, reports and recommendations.
• Identify and follow up additional works and opportunities generated from site.
• Track labour, materials and job profitability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians where required.
