Job summary

Genus Group is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor with a strong electrical background for mining projects. The role involves a FIFO 2:1 roster out of Perth and offers a permanent position with solid career growth opportunities in groundbreaking decarbonisation initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead, supervise and coach the team, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality and client specifications while collaborating with engineering, project teams and external stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

Must hold S26 Supervisor ticket.
Trade qualifications in Electrotechnology or Electrical Instrumentation.
Valid WA Electrical Licence (unrestricted).
Construction Leadership and Supervision qualifications.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in construction/maintenance.

Responsibilities

Provide daily support and guidance to improve team performance.
Supervise, monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure on-schedule work to quality/client specs.
Assist in creating electrical and instrumentation Work Packs/Test Packs.
Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are up to date and changes are accounted for timely.
Liaise with internal Engineering/Project Teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
