Talent is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in New South Wales to move from site roles into end-to-end project delivery. You'll start by managing smaller electrical and communications projects, with mentoring and support toward PM certifications.

The role builds budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and client engagement capabilities across Defence, government, financial services, and commercial projects, with a clear pathway to larger, higher-value assignments as you grow.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical foundation with commercial awareness.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to coordinate trades, suppliers and project activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing smaller electrical and communications projects from planning through completion.
• Preparing and supporting project quotes and estimates.
• Developing understanding of project budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Coordinating electricians, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Supporting procurement, scheduling and project planning.
• Building client relationships across industries.
• Maintaining documentation and reporting.
• Ensuring safe and compliant project delivery.
