Job summary

Highrise Commercial Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the newly established electrical division, delivering electrical works for commercial mechanical services across Melbourne projects.

Based in Malvern East, VIC, the role is full-time and on-site with an immediate start. You will manage subcontractors, set standards, and build a high-performing team, with a clear path to division leadership and continued expansion of our contracting capability.

Qualifications

• Licensed A-Grade Electrician with commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading trades on site.
• Ability to read drawings and plan works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of electrical works associated with commercial mechanical services installations
• Initially work on the tools while establishing standards, processes and supplier relationships
• Supervise electrical subcontractors and coordinate labour across multiple projects
• Assist with pricing, planning and programming electrical scopes
• Liaise with project managers, builders, consultants and site teams
• Contribute to commissioning, testing and compliance processes
• Play a key role in building and expanding the electrical division

The Role

We are a fast-growing commercial mechanical services contractor delivering large-scale HVAC and building services projects across Melbourne and Adelaide.

Due to continued project wins and strong growth, we are establishing an in-house electrical division and are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and build this function.

This is a rare opportunity for the right person to step into a genuine leadership role from day one, with the ability to shape systems, build a team, and grow a profitable division within a highly respected contractor.

About You

• A-Grade Electrician with strong commercial construction experience

• Professional, organised and motivated to take ownership
• Ambition to grow into a senior leadership position
