Job summary

Pensar Infrastructure on the Gold Coast in Australia is seeking a solutions-focused Electrical Project Engineer to join our high-performing team. You’ll lead HV and LV electrical projects and mentor site engineers to deliver safe, quality and on-time outcomes.

You will coordinate design, construction and commissioning activities with clients and suppliers, manage commercial aspects, and drive continuous improvement across project systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical infrastructure, power distribution, industrial or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HV and LV systems, commissioning, contract administration and project controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of HV and LV electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved.
• Manage project commercial outcomes including forecasting, procurement, subcontractor management, progress claims and variations.
• Coordinate design, construction and commissioning activities, working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Support and mentor Site Engineers and graduates while driving continuous improvement across project delivery and project systems.
