Job summary

Pensar in Australia is seeking a capable Electrical Project Engineer to lead the planning and delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects across HV and LV systems. You will work with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has hands-on experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects, with strong contractor management and project controls.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HV and LV systems, commissioning, and project controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of HV/LV electrical infrastructure projects within budget and schedule.
• Manage project commercial outcomes including forecasting, procurement, subcontractor management, and variations.
• Coordinate design, construction and commissioning activities with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Mentor site engineers and graduates, driving continuous improvement in delivery and systems.
