The Casino Food Company in Booyong, NSW is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreperson to lead and manage maintenance operations at our Booyong plant. This full-time role focuses on supervising the maintenance team and ensuring safe, efficient work to support production and equipment reliability.

Ideal candidates will have electrical trade qualifications or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of safety requirements in a dynamic production

Responsabilités

• Formulate engineering strategies aligned with production needs and department goals.
• Lead and manage day-to-day maintenance activities in the engineering services department.
• Oversee quality and safety of works and address issues promptly.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the team and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement and review department policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure information flow across the team.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for personnel development.
• Resolve grievances and escalate as needed.
