Job summary

Visy on the Gold Coast is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Leader to coordinate maintenance across the site. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will drive reliability, safety and documentation to support continuous production and efficient operations.

The role requires current Queensland Electrical Licence, FMCG experience, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment while promoting safety and continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence is required.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead, coach and influence teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the site.
• Improve plant reliability and maintenance performance.
• Support projects, shutdowns and contractor activities.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and maximise production output.
