Job summary

Holmesglen is seeking an experienced trades professional to become a Teacher in the Electrical Supply Industry at Drummond Street campus. You will train apprentices and industry workers in high voltage operations, switching and live line work, delivering comprehensive on-campus teaching under our teaching agreement.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122/TAE40116/TAE40110), current licences, and substantial electrical industry experience.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification and credentials required.
• Current industry licences/tickets.
• Significant experience in Electrical Supply Industry.
• Police Check and WWCC (Victoria) with valid Police Check within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Teach high voltage operations, switching, live line work and network safety procedures.
• Deliver on-campus training for apprentices and industry workers.
• Maintain industry currency and up-to-date teaching practices.
• Support student welfare, assessment and timely feedback.
