Job summary

Austcorp is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to oversee a direct and contract team at a large facility south of Perth. You will coordinate electrical maintenance, repairs and minor works on building services including gensets and HV, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will drive asset performance, align work orders with timesheets and SAP reporting, and manage contractor safety and KPI delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be an Australian citizen and able to secure NV1 clearance.
• Cert III Electrical and A Grade Licence are required.
• Experience using SAP for Work Orders and budget updates.
• Valid Australian Driver’s licence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct and contract staff across a large facility south of Perth.
• Manage Facilities Management Maintenance, Repair and Minor Works to up to $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Building Services plant, including gensets and HV.
• Contribute to business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure work orders align with timesheets and reporting systems using SAP.
