Job summary

Clough is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join the Bidding Energy & Resources Team in our North Sydney office. The role involves preparing accurate contract value estimates and cost plans for tenders and studies, with travel across WA, QLD, and NSW during bid study periods.

You will assist with internal approvals and participate in corporate reviews as needed. The ideal candidate has a degree and 4+ years in estimating, with experience in the Energy and Resources sector and proficiency with

Qualifications

• 4+ years of minimum experience in an estimating role.
• 4+ years' experience within the Energy and Resources sector.
• Experience with database estimating packages.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for proposals and tenders; contribute to pricing in tender responses.
• Review tender docs to determine scope, terms and conditions.
• Develop first principles estimates and pricing models from client data.
• Collate material take-offs and costs into structured spreadsheets/databases.
• Coordinate with Planning to align estimate and schedule.
• Assist Procurement with BoQ for quotations from suppliers.
