Job summary

Clough Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Estimator for our North Sydney office within the Bidding Energy & Resources Team.

You will prepare accurate contract value estimates and cost plans for tenders and studies, working with a national team across WA, QLD and NSW with travel during bid periods. You will review proposals, develop first principle estimates, manage cost data, and liaise with planning and procurement to ensure aligned, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with significant on the job experience.
• Experience with database estimating packages.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate first principals estimates and proposals within strict deadlines.
• 4+ years’ minimum experience in an estimating role.
• 4+ years’ experience within the Energy and Resources sector.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for proposals and tenders and contribute to efficient pricing.
• Review tender documentation to determine scope and terms.
• Develop first principle estimates and pricing models from client data.
• Collate take-offs and costs into clear spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with procurement and planning to align estimates with schedules.
• Ensure estimates and cost plans comply with corporate procedures.
