Clough Limited in Australia seeks a Lead Estimator to oversee the estimating function across tenders and project validation within Clough and the Webuild Group. You will lead estimators and quantity surveyors to ensure estimates are accurate, competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.

A national estimating team across WA, QLD and NSW will shape bid strategy, construction methodology and commercial outcomes for Energy & Resources and Vertical Construction projects.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10-15+ years in Energy & Resources industry.
• Senior/Lead Estimator experience on EPC or construction projects.
• Strong capability in Civil and SMP estimating across Energy & Resources projects.
• Leadership experience mentoring estimating teams.
• Proficiency with CCS Candy and MS applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead and represent the estimating function for tenders and project cost validation.
• Develop and own direct and indirect cost estimates aligned to group standards.
• Prepare unit rates, daywork rates, qualifications and clarifications for tender submissions.
• Monitor estimating progress and provide weekly status and cost reports.
• Collaborate with tender managers, project services leaders, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coach and develop estimators and quantity surveyors within the team.
• Ensure outputs are linked to schedules and cost systems.
