Michael Page is seeking an Electrical Engineering Business Unit Lead to drive growth and oversee delivery of complex electrical and utility infrastructure projects across NSW and QLD.

The role requires extensive NSW experience, a proven ability to win work, build client relationships, lead engineering teams, and shape strategic market expansion for service offerings.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building, managing and mentoring engineering teams

• Extensive Electrical design and utility infrastructure experience within NSW
• Strong knowledge of Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy requirements

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive Electrical design and utility infrastructure experience within NSW
• Proven ability to win work and develop long-term client relationships
• Existing network across transport, infrastructure, utilities or development sectors
• Leadership experience building, managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy requirements
• Commercial acumen with experience managing project performance and profitability
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings
