You will work with LV distribution, MCCs, switchboards and cable systems, while collaborating with automation engineers on instrumentation and SCADA scopes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' electrical engineering experience—water industry experience is valued.
• Working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and related Australian standards; familiarity with Water Corporation DS20-series.
• Competence with electrical design and calculation tools (e.g. PowerCAD/ETAP, AutoCAD/Revit).
• Current WA driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally to regional sites.

Aufgaben

• Deliver electrical design packages for water and wastewater assets from concept through to for-construction issue.
• Design LV power distribution, MCCs, switchboards, cables, lighting and earthing to design standards.
• Contribute to instrumentation, control and SCADA scopes with automation engineers.
• Prepare specifications, single line diagrams, cable schedules, load calculations, and reports.
• Support site activities: inspections, FAT/SAT, commissioning and as-built verification.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil and process disciplines; engage with Client stakeholders and contractors.
• Champion safety in design (SiD) and quality across work deliverables.
