Job summary

Service Stream invites applications for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program, seeking an Electrical Engineering graduate to join the Utilities division in NSW. The role involves joining a structured 2-year program with on‑the‑job learning, rotations across energy projects in NSW, and travel to remote locations where required.

You will be part of a large Utilities team, gaining exposure to Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors, with mentoring, networking, and development opportunities to support

Qualifications

• Must have completed, or be about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
• Available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.
• Hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year graduate program with job rotations across energy projects.
• Travel across NSW, including drive-in/drive-out and fly-in/fly-out arrangements.
• Engage with Utilities team and learn across Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors.
• Graduates receive mentoring, networking events, and professional development opportunities.

About the Role

Service Stream are excited to open applications for an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our Utilitiesdivision, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. You will be predominately supporting our Energy Projects across New South Wales including some in remote areas, so there will be travel required including drive-in-drive-out, and fly-in-fly-out. You will be part of the wider Utilities team, which is our biggest business unit that supports Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide.
