Job summary

Partum Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a FIFO contract to support a power station project in Kalgoorlie, WA. The role requires a solid electrical engineering foundation and the ability to deliver across drawings, calculations, specifications and documentation.

You must have a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least three years' experience, with exposure to power generation or heavy industrial environments. A FIFO roster to Kalgoorlie is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years' relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in power generation, power stations, utilities or heavy industrial environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with electrical systems such as generators, transformers, switchgear and MV/LV distribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering support for power station activities and project requirements.
• Assist with electrical engineering assessments, technical reviews and problem-solving.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
• Support the identification and resolution of electrical engineering issues.
