Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a proactive Electrical Engineer to join the Capital Projects team at the Berrima Cement Works in NSW. You will contribute to major electrical engineering projects valued up to $100 million annually, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative solutions.

This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept through to execution, with a focus on safety and low-carbon cement production.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing/mining industry experience.
Experience with electrical design for industrial plants and safety standards.
Experience estimating labour and equipment costs for electrical projects.

Responsibilities

Facilitate electrical design activities across studies and capital projects.
Develop plant layouts, single-line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules.
Review contractor designs and technical documentation.
Prepare project scopes, costs, schedules, and documentation.
Support delivery from planning through commissioning and handover.
Supervise on-site works and ensure safety and quality.
