Job summary

JBS Dinmore Plant in Queensland is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical maintenance function across a large-scale 24/7 manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will drive reliability initiatives, promote safety, and develop a high-performing team to maximise asset uptime.

You will mentor the maintenance crew, manage contractors, and partner with Production, Engineering and Projects to deliver continuous improvement and capital

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VSDs, instrumentation and automation.
• Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams.

At JBS Dinmore, the largest and most respected beef processing plants in the southern hemisphere, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our Maintenance Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead the site's electrical maintenance function, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of electrical assets across a large-scale 24/7 manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role focused on reliability, continuous improvement and team development.
