About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Dinmore team in a full‑time capacity. Reporting to the Plant Engineer, you’ll lead a skilled team of tradespeople and apprentices, overseeing all maintenance activities across the plant to ensure production runs safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, planning, and motivating others in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately 12 tradespeople, apprentices and a greaser
• Supervise and monitor the quality of work by trades staff and contractors
• Develop, manage and continuously improve preventative maintenance programs
• Control costs and manage resources effectively
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies, procedures and OH&S standards
• Coordinate efficient handovers and communication between shifts

About You

• Qualified tradesperson with experience in either mechanical or electrical maintenance
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office
• Practical problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build positive relationships across departments
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to work a 24‑hour rotating roster (including weekends)
