WesTrac Tomago in NSW seeks an Electrical Design Draftsperson to create safe, practical schematics and CAD drawings for machine modifications and new builds.
You’ll develop calculations, risk assessments, and compliance records, while working closely with the engineering team to ensure quality and regulatory adherence across projects. This is a hands-on role in a large industrial environment with a focus on safety and collaboration.
Location: Tomago, NSW, AU
Reporting to the Senior Technical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for creating electrical designs that are safe, practical, legally compliant, and meet customer requirements. Working closely with the broader Engineering team, you'll develop CAD designs and all relevant supporting documentation, including calculations, risk assessments, and compliance documentation, for review and approval.
This role provides the opportunity to play a key part in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant electrical design solutions that support machine modifications, new build projects, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
