CitiPower and Powercor is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver engineering design, scoping, and estimating for distribution, sub-transmission and substations in Victoria. You will support minor survey work and asset management to ensure safety and compliance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and progress towards professional registration, withExperience in GIS and AutoCAD design. The role offers hybrid work options and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) required.
• Detailed knowledge of Distribution Design principles and procedures.
• Understanding of Safety in Design practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide engineering design and advice for underground lines, overhead lines, and substations to standards.
• Verify designs and ensure compliance with Safety in Design guidelines.
• Assist with development of design standards and policy.
• Prepare cost and resource estimates for design components.
• Support new or modified processes and systems.
• Mentor design personnel in design management.
