Job summary

Fyke is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineer for its Infrastructure Team in Melbourne. You will deliver concept through detailed design, procurement support, construction assistance and commissioning support for power and energy projects.

The role involves preparing technical inputs for design reports, specifications, and design review packs, and coordinating across processes and disciplines to ensure safe, reliable power solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medium voltage and low voltage electrical design.
• Demonstrated experience in instrumentation and control design (I&C).
• Ability to collaborate with process, mechanical and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical and control system deliverables (SLDs, drawings, bill of materials).
• Support LV design activities including cable sizing and load inputs.
• Develop instrumentation and control design packages for facilities.
• Coordinate controls requirements with other engineering teams.
• Respond to technical queries from clients and suppliers.
