Job summary

Powertech PTY LTD seeks an Electrical Construction Lead for our Perth (Malaga) office to deliver heavy industrial electrical projects, lead teams, and maintain safety, quality and schedules. The role requires strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders across mining, oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Reporting to the EPC General Manager, you will mentor engineers and apprentices, manage procurement decisions and project controls, and travel locally or to remote sites as

Qualifications

Experience leading heavy industrial/utility electrical projects.
WA Electrical Licence with advanced knowledge of electrical products and standards.
Experience as an Electrical Nominee or equivalent.
Strong planning, procurement and cost-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects on time and within budget with high quality.
Lead construction activities from planning to completion and conduct site audits.
Mentor team members including apprentices.
Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to meet objectives.
Support risk assessments, reporting and CAPEX planning.
Manage inventory, tools and logistics with procurement.
