Job summary

Troocoo invites applications for an Electrical Capability Coordinator (ITS & Electrical) to support capability across electrical, ITS&E and civil electrical disciplines on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on coordinating training, competency, and knowledge transfer to enhance safe delivery of electrical works in both operational and project settings.

Ideal candidates will hold a Queensland Electrical Work Licence – Electrical Mechanic, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and experience

Qualifications

Experience delivering electrical safety and technical training.
Ability to coordinate training across ITS&E and civil electrical disciplines.
Strong knowledge of competency assessment and records management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical training and competency activities across electrical, ITS&E and civil electrical disciplines.
Maintain training plans, competency records, learning resources and assessment evidence.
Support civil electrical training including knowledge transfer and practical learning.
Provide coaching and technical guidance to apprentices, trainees, workers, supervisors and project managers.
Support continuous improvement of the Electrical Training Centre, including schedules and pathways.
Contribute to a culture of electrical safety, technical capability and continuous improvement.
