Zusammenfassung

Nestlé Broadford Factory is seeking an Electrical & Automation Engineer to support MES and electrical/automation activities. You will work on CAPEX projects, ensure safety, and drive improvements in factory operations.

Reporting to Engineering Manager, you will lead maintenance, coordinate with production and quality teams, and deploy engineering tools to meet Nestlé standards. Prior experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Automation.
• 1+ years Automation and/or MES engineer experience with Electrical background.
• Experience supervising technical teams or contractors.
• Proficient in installation, programming and troubleshooting of Allen Bradley PLCs and variable speed drives.
• In-depth knowledge of instrumentation, process control, MES, HMI/IPC and related tech.

Aufgaben

• Manage factory electrical infrastructure from design through installation, maintenance, operation and upgrade.
• Participate in Capital Investments projects ensuring solutions follow standards.
• Prepare user and technical specifications for MES-E&A.
• Ensure safety for people, products and environment with high safety standards.
• Manage MES-E&A changes and documentation (SLD, URS, FDS, calibration procedures).
• Supervise Automation and MES maintenance and projects with electricians and contractors.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Engineering to resolve MES issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality and efficiency.
