Job summary

Nestlé Broadford is seeking an Electrical & Automation Engineer to support MES, electrical infrastructure and automation across our confectionery production line. You will work with the Engineering Manager in a collaborative factory environment.

Key duties include designing and maintaining MES-E&A solutions, coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety and product quality, and driving continuous improvement in line with Nestlé standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
• 1+ years Automation and MES engineering experience.
• Experience supervising technical teams or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory electrical infrastructure from design through installation and upgrade.
• Participate in capital investments projects ensuring standards.
• Prepare user and technical specifications for projects.
• Ensure safety and Change Management for MES-E&A solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and product characteristics.
• Supervise automation and MES maintenance and project work.
