Embedded Expertise is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop, and commission automation systems in a manufacturing environment. You will work with PLC, SCADA, and HMI applications to optimise plant performance and reliability.

The role involves troubleshooting, system integration, and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver capital projects from concept to handover.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation or similar.
Proven manufacturing automation experience with PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Schneider platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, program, and commission automation and control systems.
Modify PLC, SCADA, and HMI applications to improve plant performance.
Troubleshoot automation and process control issues in manufacturing.
Support capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and operations to improve reliability.
