RPR Trades on the Gold Coast (Queensland) is seeking Electrical Assemblers for a high-end camper trailer production environment. 9-day Fortnight with every second Friday off, day shift, casual or full-time options available. Immediate starts and in-house training provided.

You'll assemble electrical components, use hand and power tools, and follow detailed build instructions in small teams or independently. Overtime opportunities and weekly pay are available as the team delivers quality results.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in small teams.

About the Role:
Positions Available: DAY SHIFT Positions -Direct Casual (with full-time hours) or Full-Time - The Choice is yours

Working a 9-Day Fortnight / Every second Friday off

Week 1 Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.00 am to 4.00 pm, Friday 7.00 am to 3.30 pm

Week 2 Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.00 am to 4.00 pm, Friday OFF

Great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team. To maximize your earnings ahead of the holiday season, the company is offering direct casual hire opportunities (still offering full-time working hours) to secure a higher rate of pay through until Christmas. Alternatively, direct full-time employment is also available from day one if that suits you better.

Tasks involved in the role:

Electrical assembly work specifically within high-end camper trailers

Performing general assembly tasks involved with building camper trailers

Using a variety of hand and power tools to assemble components

Following detailed build instructions and tasks as per the assigned area

Working within small teams as well as completing tasks independently on your own

Working to KPI's and meeting daily production targets

Maintaining the flexibility and ability to move within different areas of the assembly line

About You:
To be considered, you will need the following:

Previous assembly experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment

Experience in the use of various hand and power tools (Mandatory)

The ability to strictly follow build instructions and work towards daily production targets

A strong, reliable work ethic with the ability to work well within small team environments

Be available to work the set hours over the 9-day fortnight

Must be able to provide 2 recent past employment references

Ability to work safely, retain information, and show high attention to detail

Qualifications & Pay Rates on Offer:

Entry Level / General Assembly: Permanent: $29.00 – $30.00 per hour | Casual: $36.25 – $37.50 per hour

CERT II in Electrotechnology OR Semi-Skilled: Permanent: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour | Casual: $37.50 – $40.00 per hour

CERT III Electrotechnology OR Qualified (RV / Coach Building / Marine Craft Construction): Permanent: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour | Casual: $42.50 – $50.00 per hour
