Job summary

Frog Recruitment is seeking an Assembly Operator for a well-established global organisation specialising in electrical and power management solutions. You will assemble small components, follow SOPs, and support production and warehouse tasks in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with potential overtime on Saturdays and a casual assignment until 18 December 2026, with a view to extension. Collaborative team environment and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or production environments.
• Good attention to detail, especially with small components.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Reliable, hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential.
• Electrical experience not required; candidates with electrical or mechanical assembly experience encouraged to apply.

About the role

people2people are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a well-established global organisation specialising in electrical and power management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assembling small mechanical components and electrical panel parts
• Following assembly instructions and standard operating procedures
• Using basic hand tools and equipment where required
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Packing and preparing assembled components
• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Skills & experience

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production environments
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling small components
• The ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• A forklift licence would be highly regarded but is not essential
• Previous electrical experience is not required, although candidates with electrical or mechanical assembly experience are encouraged to apply.

What’s in it for you
