Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking hands-on IT professionals to support election operations in Horsham and surrounding areas. This role covers Level 1 IT support across election hubs, with on-site field work and helpdesk duties from early November to December.

The hourly rate is $51 per hour plus super, with a focus on maintaining operational systems during critical election periods. You'll troubleshoot Windows environments, printers and network issues, deploy and stage IT equipment, and help manage

Qualifications

Experience delivering Level 1 IT support.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to prioritise tasks in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication with non-technical users.
Experience with device deployment, asset management or basic networking is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Log, triage, and resolve incidents within service standards.
Troubleshoot user access, Windows environments, printers, and network issues.
Deploy, configure, and test IT equipment across multiple sites; support ERMO setup and related processes.
Stage, update, and distribute devices across locations; maintain asset tracking.
