Job summary

TAS Early Learning is seeking an Educator for our Kewarra Beach centre to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences for our youngest learners. You will create safe, nurturing environments and support children's development, while collaborating with families to enhance each child's learning journey.

The role requires Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), CPR/First Aid qualifications, and a commitment to EYLF principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Learning education and care.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards attainment.
• CPR (HLTAID009) or willingness to attain.
• First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) or willingness to attain.
• Child Protection Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and support development, and wellbeing.
• Create inclusive and stimulating learning environments with varied materials and discovery-based approaches.
• Build nurturing relationships with children to foster belonging and emotional safety.
• Develop respectful partnerships with families, encouraging involvement and open communication.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team to support smooth day-to-day operations and centre culture.

1 x Full-Time Permanent Opportunity at our beautiful Kewarra Beach centre

$31.54 to 36.85 per hour depending on experience

Shift hours varied between 7.30am-5.30pm
