Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks multiple Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing digital delivery team delivering citizen-focused solutions within a large enterprise environment.

You will work on modern Salesforce platforms, leverage AI-assisted development capabilities, and contribute to secure, scalable digital programs across Canberra and beyond. Hybrid working arrangements apply with nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio technologies including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns.
• Experience with source control tools, package-based development and DevOps practices.
• Strong integration experience including REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices.
• An appreciation for accessible and inclusive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference to Australians? We are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing digital delivery team responsible for delivering innovative, citizen-focused solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern Salesforce platforms, leverage emerging AI-assisted development capabilities, and contribute to the delivery of impactful technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Salesforce Developer (3 Positions)

• Developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors
• Building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and related technologies
• Contributing to AI-enabled development capabilities, including the use of Claude Code within Salesforce development practices
• Working with source control and DevOps toolsets including GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Bitbucket
• Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practice development standards
• Supporting accessibility-focused design and development initiatives

About You

• 3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio technologies including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors

Highly Regarded

• Delivery of three or more Salesforce CRM implementations using Agile methodologies
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications
• OmniStudio Developer Certification
• Experience with AI technologies, configuration and customisation
