Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an EL1 Senior Tech Lead Software Developer in Melbourne, VIC. The role focuses on leading technical direction, shaping scalable software solutions, and overseeing CI/CD pipelines in an agile setting.

The ideal candidate has ICT qualifications, hands-on experience with headless CMS, and strong communication across disciplines. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for delivering maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
• Experience developing web experiences with headless CMS platforms.
• Experience providing technical direction in a collaborative, agile environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing build and release pipelines using modern CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Strong technical design and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Familiarity with the Government Digital Service Standards
