Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an EL1 Technical Delivery Manager in Adelaide, SA, AU to lead cyber security delivery initiatives. The role involves overseeing projects from definition through delivery, ensuring ASD Essential Eight and ISM controls are applied, and coordinating with stakeholders across complex ICT environments.

The candidate will guide technical teams, manage Windows desktop/server environments, and drive digital transformation programs within a security-focused framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years delivering cyber security and assurance projects.
• Experience implementing ASD Essential Eight and ISM controls to achieve Maturity Level One.
• Significant knowledge of Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders to minimise change impact for cyber security mitigations.
• Proven track record leading technical teams from project definition to product delivery.
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.

Mandatory Criteria

Minimum 3 + years experience in the following areas;

• Experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
• Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICTEnvironment,
• And/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
• Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise the organisation change impact in order to successfully implement CyberSecurity mitigations.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
• Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.
