Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty in Adelaide, SA, seeks an EL1 Senior Tech Lead Software Developer with ICT qualifications and deep experience in headless CMS platforms. You will provide technical direction in an agile environment, working across disciplines with strong communication to stakeholders.

The role requires managing build and release pipelines with modern CI/CD tools, notably Azure DevOps, and delivering scalable, maintainable software architectures in line with government standards.

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary ICT qualifications or industry certifications.
• Experience building web experiences with headless CMS platforms.
• Ability to provide technical direction in an Agile, collaborative environment with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience managing build and release pipelines using modern CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
• Strong technical design, problem-solving, and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Familiarity with Government Digital Service Standards.
