Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an EL1 Technical Delivery Manager based in Canberra, ACT. The role focuses on delivering cyber security and assurance programs, implementing ASD Essential Eight controls, and leading cross-disciplinary technical teams from project definition to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in security delivery, experience with Microsoft Windows environments, and a strong track record influencing stakeholders to minimise change impact during complex ICT

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience delivering cyber security and assurance projects.
• Experience implementing ASD Essential Eight and ISM controls to achieve Maturity Level One.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or similar digital transformation projects.
• Experience influencing stakeholders to minimise change impact.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and cross-disciplinary programs.
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security delivery programs from definition to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget constraints for delivery blocks.
• Provide guidance to unblock delivery and mitigate risks.

Mandatory Criteria

Minimum 3 + years experience in the following areas;

• Experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
• Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICTEnvironment,
• And/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
• Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise the organisation change impact in order to successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
• Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.
