Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd seeks an experienced EL1 Project Manager to lead the delivery of a modernised enterprise recordkeeping system across business/records management and IT technology streams. You will manage governance, risks, budget, vendor oversight and executive reporting in a complex government setting.

You will collaborate with Information Management, ICT, cyber security, architecture, legal and procurement to ensure a secure, compliant and user-centred solution with strong adoption

Qualifications

• EL1-level APS capability with strategic alignment and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across government entities.
• Experience leading complex ICT and digital transformation projects in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering compliant records management systems with governance and metadata controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, scheduling, budget, risks and issues.
• Establish governance arrangements with steering committees and decision records.
• Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships and contract variations.
• Coordinate across business areas, ICT, legal, procurement, security and executives for clear delivery decisions.
• Ensure compliance with government recordkeeping, privacy and information governance requirements.
• Oversee technology delivery including data migration, testing, security considerations and deployment.
