Job summary

face2face Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL1 Project Manager to support a major Department of Defence project in Canberra. You will coordinate activities, manage schedules and risks, develop strategic documentation, and work with sponsors and senior stakeholders.

Occasional travel is possible. Requirements include 6+ years of PM experience, strong governance and reporting capabilities, and NV1 security clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of demonstrated project management experience in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly integrated project team meetings and project engagements.
• Develop strategic briefs, business cases, plans and project artefacts.
• Manage project schedules, risks and issues with key stakeholders.
• Engage delivery areas on physical and digital infrastructure planning.
• Support governance, assurance and reporting.
• Prepare briefs and updates for senior leadership and governance committees.
