Job summary

Commonwealth Government Agency is seeking an EL1 Lead Asset Manager to oversee the asset register, lifecycle plans and CMMS/ERP data integration in a high-profile public sector setting.

You will lead policies, drive lifecycle planning, monitor asset performance and coordinate condition monitoring to support strategic objectives. Canberra-based role with a first-class government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset lifecycle planning aligned with ISO 55000.
• Experience using CMMS, preferably Mainpac.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, quality management, WHS and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management policies, processes and system improvements.
• Develop lifecycle plans for maintenance, renewal, replacement and disposal.
• Maintain asset data and system integration across platforms.
• Monitor asset performance, risk and reliability.
• Provide insights to stakeholders on asset strategy.
• Coordinate condition monitoring and data reporting.
