Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty in Sydney, NSW, AU, seeks an EL1 Outsystems Application Technical Specialist to design, develop and lead complex Outsystems web applications.

You will provide detailed designs, proof of concepts, code reviews and hands-on troubleshooting while guiding other technical specialists. The role requires security, privacy, and architectural alignment with project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Outsystems platform and application development.
• Ability to lead technical specialists and perform code reviews.
• Knowledge of security, privacy and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities

• Playing an instrument role in designing and developing complex, responsive web applications on Outsystems.
• Provide detailed design, proof of concept of common components, workflows and functionalities such as role-based access control, transaction lifecycle management etc.
• Provide systems analysis, technical recommendations, and inputs to business requirements, solution and UX designs for OutSystems applications.
• Lead other technical specialists to develop, test and deploy Outsystems applications.
• Provide technical direction and development support, including code reviews, troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
• Ensure that the solutions and services delivered are aligned with project outcomes and architectural designs and patterns.
• Ensure that development, coding, privacy, and security standards are adhered to
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development best practices and guidelines.
• Provide advice, coaching and knowledge transfer to ASIC support staff as required.
