Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking a Digital Application Tech Lead in Melbourne, VIC, to drive design and development of complex Outsystems web applications. You will lead technical direction, review code, and mentor a team of specialists to ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with architecture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design complex, responsive Outsystems web applications.
• Experience delivering detailed component design and documentation.
• Ability to coach and transfer knowledge to support staff.

Responsibilities

• Play a lead role in designing and developing complex Outsystems web applications.
• Provide detailed design and proof of concept for components, workflows, and access control.
• Contribute systems analysis and technical recommendations to business requirements and UX designs.
• Lead other technical specialists in development, testing and deployment of Outsystems apps.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
• Ensure alignment with project outcomes, architectures, and security standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development best practices.
• Offer knowledge transfer and coaching to ASIC support staff as required.
